Well, today I finally tried it! I have seen this green juice/smoothie thing floating around the blogs, particularly here and here and even once here, although I couldn't find the exact post. It looks really wild, but everyone claims it tastes amazing and is really filling, so I have been dying to make one of my own.
Ingredients: 2 huge handfuls of spinach, 4 oz. vanilla yogurt, half a banana and almond milk.
And it was delicious! I promise you really, really can't even taste the spinach! awesome that I had like three vegetable servings before I even got out of my PJ's! I will most definitely be adding this to my breakfast repertoire.
